To assess the impact of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) treatment on pregnancy outcomes, investigators in Norway utilized national health registries to examine birth outcomes in 943,321 singleton pregnancies (545,243 women) between 1998 and 2014. In all, 9554 women received CIN treatment prior to pregnancy (mean 4.3 years from treatment to childbirth). Hazard ratios were adjusted for factors such as maternal age, parity, and smoking status.
