Performing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in patients with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass requiring pancreaticobiliary intervention remains a challenge. Two nonsurgical options are enteroscopy-assisted ERCP (e-ERCP) and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)–guided gastrogastrostomy (EUS-GG-ERCP), though both are complex and require special tools and endoscopist skills. In the current multicenter, retrospective study, investigators compared procedural outcomes and adverse events between the two procedures in 60 patients with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass.
