Background and Objective: Knowledge about the screening, diagnosis, management, and treatment of infectious issues in transplant recipients has advanced since the 2013 guidelines were published. The new guidelines incorporating these advances are being published as serial monographs, and this summary highlights some noteworthy recommendations published so far.
