The bispecific antibody mosunetuzumab was tested by Schuster and colleagues in a large multicenter phase I trial (abstract 6) involving 218 patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (R/R NHL), most of whom had diffuse large B-cell or transformed follicular lymphoma.
