The RADICALS-RT study (NEJM JW Oncol Hematol Nov 2020 and Lancet 2020 Sep 28; [e-pub]) showed that prostate-specific antigen (PSA) progression–free survival was not improved with immediate adjuvant versus early salvage radiotherapy after prostatectomy in men with high-risk prostate cancer.
