Polygenic Risk Scores for Coronary Artery Disease: Accurate for Whom?

We are seeing an influx of articles touting polygenic risk scores that are supposed to provide individual risk prediction based on genome-wide data on millions of genetic variants. A remaining question is the generalizability of these scores, with the debate focusing on validation of these predictions across diverse populations defined by race and ethnicity.
