Limited developmental and reproductive safety data for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines might hinder vaccine uptake among couples undergoing assisted reproduction procedures. In this single-center, retrospective cohort study, researchers compared pregnancy outcomes between 214 fully vaccinated (i.e., 2 doses of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine) and 733 unvaccinated women who underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) via single frozen-thawed embryo transfer during February to September 2021.
