Rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD) may occur years before onset of cognitive and motor symptoms in synucleinopathies such as Parkinson disease (PD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), or multiple system atrophy (MSA). Researchers conducted this multicenter, prospective cohort study to determine risk factors for phenoconversion in polysomnography-confirmed idiopathic RBD (iRBD).
