Lifestyle factors are potentially modifiable risk factors for cognitive impairment and amyloid burden. In this study, researchers determined whether cognitive activity (CA), physical activity (PA), and metabolic plus vascular risk factors were associated with amyloid burden and cognition in those with initially normal cognition (n=178; mean age, 65 years) or mild cognitive impairment (n=54; mean age, 71 years). The author extrapolated CA and PA activities from questionnaire data.
