IDWeek is a joint annual meeting of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and several other organizations that focus on infectious diseases. Dr. Frances Ue, a general internist and hospitalist at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School, attended this year's meeting, which took place from October 20 to 23 in Washington, D.C.
