Amyloid and tau pathology are seen in Alzheimer disease (AD). In this prospective cohort study, researchers investigated how tau positron emission tomography (PET) with [18F]RO948 influenced the diagnosis, treatment plans, and diagnostic certainty for 878 memory clinic patients with cognitive complaints.
