Ensifentrine (Ohtuvayre) is a novel phosphodiesterase 3 and 4 inhibitor — administered by nebulizer — that was approved recently by the U.S. FDA for maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Background
