Semaglutide improves symptoms in patients with heart failure (HF) and preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF; NEJM JW Gen Med Sep 15 2023 and N Engl J Med 2023; 389:1069). But its effect in such patients who have reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) hasn't been well studied.
