Frontline treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) with a Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi) has largely replaced chemoimmunotherapy, with BTKi therapy typically continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.
