Remote hypertension management programs continue to gain interest, and studies show they improve blood pressure (BP) for as long as a year after enrollment (NEJM JW Gen Med Jan 1 2023 and Hypertension 2022; 79:2708).
To explore these interventions' long-term effectiveness, researchers conducted a secondary analysis of a remote hypertension management program implemented within a Boston-based healthcare network.
