Recent changes to the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) disrupted some of the usual vaccine guidance, such as reliance on shared decision making for Covid-19 vaccination. To update the evidence on vaccine safety and effectiveness (VE) since the 2023–2024 ACIP meeting, investigators conducted a systematic review of published data on influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and Covid-19 vaccines from U.S. and international sources.
